Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 July 2026 · Practicore is in early access; these terms may change, and the signed order form and Data Processing Agreement between a firm and Practicore prevail over this page.

These terms describe how Practicore is offered. Practicore Technologies (Pty) Ltd ("Practicore", "we") provides practice-management and compliance software to professional accounting firms. When a firm subscribes, the binding agreement is the order form plus the Data Processing Agreement (DPA); this page summarises the terms that apply alongside them.

Who Practicore is for

Practicore is sold to professional firms, not to consumers. Accounts are for a firm and its practitioners. You must be authorised to accept these terms on behalf of your firm.

Early access

Practicore is in early access. Features, availability and pricing may change, and some capabilities are still being built. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect a paid subscription.

Your data

Your firm's data remains your firm's. Practicore processes it as processor on your firm's behalf, under the DPA and our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data, and we do not use client personal information to train external models. AI in Practicore suggests; a practitioner decides. The AI never writes to your records, and nothing is filed with any authority without a person approving it.

Acceptable use

Fees

Subscription fees are as set out on our pricing page or in your order form. Taxes are added where applicable. The Free Demo tier is provided without charge.

Availability and support

We aim to keep Practicore available and to support you during business hours; specific service levels, where offered, are set out in your order form. During early access the service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent the law permits.

Intellectual property

Practicore, its software, brand and content are owned by Practicore Technologies (Pty) Ltd. Your subscription grants your firm the right to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of the software.

Ending your subscription

Paid plans are month-to-month unless your order form says otherwise, and clients are never metered. On termination you can export your data, and we handle deletion in line with the DPA and the deletion section of our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, where Practicore Technologies (Pty) Ltd is incorporated, unless your order form specifies otherwise.
